I felt I had to write to you, to tell you, of the kindness and help I received from the Castle Point Car Scheme. I had a bad fall and was unable to drive myself for 2 months, during this time I had to visit Southend Hospital many times, also had to have physiotherapy treatment each week, and to visit, the opticians in Benfleet quite a few times. I just can’t praise the people enough at the end of the phone to start with, so very pleasant and helpful when ever I rang, nothing was too much trouble. I had many different drivers, each one was always very pleasant, and so very kind and helpful. I just can’t praise them all enough. – Ellen King

I cannot thank you enough for letting me use the Car Scheme, to enable me to see Eddie in the week. At this stage I need to see him and I think that Public Transport is non-existent to Rawreth. – Ann Richards
